Senior High-rises

CMHA senior developments are the perfect choice for independent senior living for those 62 years of age and older. CMHA senior developments are affordable because rents never exceed 30% of a resident's income. CMHA has 19 senior high-rises conveniently located throughout Cuyahoga County.

 

Public Housing: CMHA has 16 locations listed below under the Public Housing program that are designated for seniors. If there are not enough senior (62 years of age or older) applicants to fill vacant units, those between 50 to 61 years of age will also be considered for admission.
