  • Install stack heat recovery economizers on 8 boilers to preheat return water to boilers and increase boiler efficiencies
    Energy Saved (MBtu):  1,666,400
  • Remove and replace 386 existing fin tube radiators with efficient convective heaters and controls
    Energy Saved (MBtu):  3,538,550
  • Reseal 1764 existing wood frame double hung windows to reduce air infiltration
    Energy Saved (MBtu):  4,013,368
  • Replace 5580 sixty watt incandescent lamps and fixtures with 13 watt compact fluorescent lamps and fixtures

  • Replace 500 water closets with 1.6 gallon per flush low flush toilets
  • Replace 500 shower heads with 1.5 gallon per minute low flow heads
