Brighter lighting in homes and common areas
Provide residents with a safer and more secure environment
Compact fluorescent lamps last up to ten times longer than incandescent lamps
Reduced energy consumption leading to lower electric bills for CMHA and residents who pay their own electric bills
Water Conservation Devices
Pressure assist toilets use less than half the water as conventional toilets and cut service calls by greatly reducing clogging
Low flow adjustable showerheads use less water, but provide good water flow regardless of incoming line pressure
