The Energy Performance Group (EPG) was created for the purpose of administrating the Energy Performance Contract with Siemens Building Technologies. The EPG is also charged to seek additional opportunities for energy conservation. Our team also audits, pays, and analyzes CMHA’s utility charges. Lastly, the EPG is tasked to continuously support energy conservation awareness of all CMHA constituents.
