Landlord Briefing Course
The CMHA Housing Choice Voucher Program is inviting you to attend a free landlord briefing course for NEW landlords to our program. This class is mandatory for new landlords who have submitted an RFTA packet to CMHA, prior to entering into a contract. It will provide you with information and resources to develop a better understanding of our program. Topics will include advertising available units, screening applicants, understanding landlord/tenant processing information, security deposits, the inspection process, rent reasonableness, the responsibilities of landlords and tenants, and more.
This class is for new landlords and provides introductory information
about this program. Specific questions regarding current contracts,
tenants and properties are not addressed in this forum. For assistance

Reservations are not required to attend
the course at this time.
