Landlord Council

The Housing Choice Voucher Program of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority has formed an Advisory Council with community partners who are committed to the goal of providing quality, affordable housing through the Housing Choice Voucher Program rental subsidy program. The Council is comprised of a voluntary group of property owners and community advocates.

The main purpose of the Advisory Council is to provide a forum for direct communication with the Housing Choice Voucher Program. It provides feedback on program operations, new owner recruitment, identification of service gaps and suggestions on how services, practices and policies can be improved.

The Advisory Council also provides an opportunity for Housing Choice Voucher Program management to communicate program or regulatory changes that are of interest to the Council.
