Agency Plan
2009 PHA Plan
The Public Hearing for the 2009 Public Housing Agency Plan will be
conducted by the CMHA Board of Commissioners
on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the CMHA Board Room.
The
2009 Agency Plan includes updates and revisions
to the 2008 Agency Plan, and the 2009 Capital
Fund Program (CFP) plan and budget. During
the 45-day review period that preceeds the Public Hearing, proposed
changes to CMHA’s
Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
and Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative
Plan will also be under consideration.
The Agency Plan and supporting
documents are available for review at the CMHA

for further information. Comments can be submitted
either prior to or at the Public Hearing. The public
is invited.

2008 PHA Plan
The 2008 PHA Plan was passed by the CMHA Board of Commissioners at
the October 3, 2007 Board Meeting, and it was
approved by HUD on December 20, 2007.
