  • Effective November 6, 2009 the Moderate Rehabilitation Program (Mod Rehab Program) has closed its Waiting List to increase its applicant pool for One, Two and Three bedroom units. The Mod Rehab waiting list will be ranked by date and time of application. A letter will be forwarded to all applicants who have completed the Mod Rehab application process. Read more

  • Effective Monday, May 2nd, 2011 through Friday, July 29th, 2011, Quarrytown Estate, 55 West Bagley Road, Berea, OH, will be accepting applications for subsidized housing for persons 62 years of age and older or disabled or handicapped. Application will be accepted onsite, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
