CMHA is committed to improving not only the quality of housing offered to residents, but also their quality of life. Community partners and stakeholders are engaged in each redevelopment project that CMHA participates in. As the oldest public housing authority in the country, CMHA’s development staff members have grown to learn that when embarking on any project, it is important to elevate the entire community so that it will continue to thrive even after the renovations are complete.
