Resident Empowerment Organization

The Resident Empowerment Organization (REO), affiliated with the Progressive Action Council (PAC), is a resident-operated organization which provides training, support and job placement services for CMHA residents.

Ongoing collaboration with CMHA and other local social service organizations has assisted REO in developing short- and long-term projects that helps maintain the trend of more CMHA residents achieving self-sufficiency. REO has intensified efforts to develop many training and job opportunities for residents.
