RENT ADJUSTMENT REQUESTS
We are excited to announce that you can submit a rent adjustment request online in the landlord portal. The user-friendly process keeps you informed every step of the way; check the status of a request, see the proposed effective date of a request or check the reason a request is pending. In order to use the feature, you must have a registered landlord portal account.
Also, all applicants are encouraged to visit the Applicant Portal and review information that is on record. Please update the Portal with new phone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses as soon as possible at www.cmha.net/apportal.
Participants will be able to complete various online forms, but you will also be able to view certification details and utility information, view your next recertification date, download a copy of your HAP contract and more at www.cmha.net/apportal.
