Senior Programs
Programs and activities are developed around four basic focuses that enable seniors to live successfully at CMHA:
- Health and Wellness
- Information
- Socialization and Recreation
- Lifelong Learning Opportunities
Establishing strong relationships with community partners is essential to effective program delivery for senior residents. The department is continually exploring ways to provide meaningful experiences that maintain and enhance senior residents’ quality of life.
