CMHA is dedicated to connecting residents with the resources that they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Our ClevelandConnects+ initiative is part of HUD’s national ConnectHomeUSA program that is committed to bridging the digital divide for HUD-assisted housing residents. In this program, CMHA focuses on providing access to three critical components: affordable internet connection, devices and computer education.

Cleveland & Cuyahoga County Public Library Mobile Hotspots
High-speed internet mobile hotspots are available to borrow for 21 days at a time from Cleveland Public Library and from select locations of Cuyahoga County Public Library.

Store that offers hotspots and refurbished laptops and desktop computers with updated software at a low lost. They also provide low-cost internet and offer affordable computer repair solutions.

CMHA Computer Labs
Residents who live at the following properties have access to a computer lab: Addison Square, Bellaire Gardens, Bohn Tower, Heritage View, Lakeview Terrace, Olde Cedar, Outhwaite Homes (Judge Harper Library), Riverview Tower, King Kennedy (Stokes Mall),and Wade Park. Please call the office ahead of time to determine computer lab hours. Labs may be closed or have limited hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
